The print has cats, bats, and jack-o-lanterns on an orange and black background. It features a gathered skirt with wide black waistband and side zipper. 100% cotton, hand wash and Made in the USA. Shown with and without a crinoline for fullness, but doesn't come with one. (Note the sizing: SM=Small, MED=MED, LG=LG, XL=XL, XXL=1X, XXXL=2X, XXXXL=3X. There is no stretch.) Our model Julie Ann's measurements are bust 34B, waist 25.5 inches and hip 36 inches. She is 5' 6" and is wearing a SM.
